Domestic Orders (India): We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders delivered within India.

International Orders: We deliver globally. For international shipments, shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
2. Delivery Partners & Security
To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we partner only with the most reliable courier services. Our logistics partners handle the complete transit insurance of the package.

Our Partners Include: FedEx, Delhivery, Aramex, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Kolkata/Haldia, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. This message will contain your unique Tracking ID and a link to track the real-time status of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
4. Serviceability & PIN Codes
Before placing an order, you can verify if your location is serviceable by our courier partners.

How to Check: Enter your PIN code in the designated box on the product page (located on the right side of the item).

Unserviceable Areas: If your PIN code shows as "Unserviceable" for Cash on Delivery (COD), we request you to choose the Pre-Paid payment option. We will make special arrangements to ensure your order is delivered safely.
5. Fair Usage Policy (COD & Returns)
We strive to provide a seamless and liberal returns service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, to maintain this level of service for all our genuine clients, we monitor account activity for misuse.

Policy Violation: Customer accounts that frequently cancel orders, refuse delivery at the doorstep, or return items excessively without valid reasons may be flagged.

Consequence: Such accounts will be barred from utilizing the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility and may be ineligible for free shipping on future orders. This measure helps us ensure timely delivery and fair pricing for our regular, valued customers.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
In the rare event that a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, lost in transit, or returned successfully under our Returns Policy, Angoshobha Fashion ensures a refund of the full amount to the original source of payment.
